I have never been a "letter-writer" type of person, but the quality of your product has spurred me into action. As soon as I opened the package, I knew there was a difference-- the sausage wasn't swimming in water and chemicals like other brands. And the taste! It is the first time I have ever tasted a sausage that wasn't greasy.  So flavorful and juicy, but no grease. And I didn't have that heavy feeling afterwards, like I had eaten something "bad for me". I will NEVER buy any other brand now that I have discovered yours. Thank you for producing such a superior product.

I found your product (franks) at our local HEB. They are the best tasting franks that we have ever had and are exactly the quality that we require! It has been very difficult to find beef products such as sausages and franks without preservatives and nitrates/nitrites. Thank you for an outstanding product.
